Team Member (Part Time) - Green Hills

Responsibilities

• Leverage company tools, resources, and team support to handle changes and challenges.
• Step into different zones of the store as needed to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Availability Requirements: Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), at least 14 hours of open availability between both Saturday and Sunday, and at least one closing across Saturday and Sunday.
• Available for 3 closing shifts.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn and grow!
• Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
• Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values.
• Ability to stand and remain physically active, moving around all areas of the store, and being accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
