Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
- Create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
- Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support each customer and build trust.
- Maintain a premium brand feel with elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors.
- Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
- Use company tools, resources, and team support to handle changes and challenges.
- Adapt to different zones of the store with flexibility and professionalism.
- Be curious, ask questions, and continuously improve your work based on feedback.
- Bring energy and intention to every shift, contributing to the team culture.
- Communicate openly, listen actively, and collaborate to support the customer experience.
- Hold yourself to a high standard of excellence and foster a high-performing culture.
Requirements
- Available weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- At least 14 hours of open availability between Saturday and Sunday.
- At least one closing shift across Saturday and Sunday.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
- Efficiency in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Eagerness to learn and grow!
- Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
- Previous retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- A fan of SKIMS, our product, and our values.
- Ability to stand and remain physically active, move around all areas of the store, and be accessible to customers.
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly.
