Responsibilities

• Sell with great customer experience
• Conduct our Piercing service
• Replenish sold stock on the move
• Manage the register
• Clean up the store at open and close
• Build great relationships with colleagues and customers
• Be yourself and enjoy yourself

Requirements

• Strong desire to help and guide customers

• An eye for fashion and awareness of the latest trends
• Strong performance in a face-to-face customer environment

Pay

Hourly rate:

• 16-17 years old: £8.00
• 18-20 years old: £10.85
• 21+ years old: £12.71

All first-time applicants will complete a Lovisa Arctic Shores assessment, a psychometric task-based evaluation designed to measure natural strengths and future potential. No advance preparation is required, and candidates receive personalized feedback afterward. Applications with completed assessments are prioritized.
