About the role

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register/cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program.
• Maintain store appearance and standards in various areas, both inside and out.
• Provide fast and friendly service while ensuring regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily and collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience (sales associate or cashiering preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 lb from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 lb from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms against a force of 20 lb.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects; eye‑hand coordination; occasional ladder use.
