Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the food program as needed.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance, both inside and out.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team.
• Accomplish daily tasks around the store and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• Retail and customer‑service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.
• Strong selling skills, excellent customer care, and friendly communication.
• Ability to work quickly while enjoying the job and to collaborate as part of a team.
• Creative problem‑solving and quick thinking.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 lb from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 lb from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms against a force of up to 20 lb.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; requires eye‑hand coordination.
• May require climbing a ladder to store, retrieve, or place materials and signs.
