Job Description

We are a local family-owned and operated company specializing in downsizing, senior relocation services, clean outs, and online auctions. This role involves managing our cleanout, auction, and move teams, providing quality control, and training team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home
  • Safely pack and unpack goods
  • Delivery to thrift stores and disposal of unwanted items
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • Ability to follow instructions or direction
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Physical/Environmental Requirements

  • Frequent walking and/or standing, bending and stooping
  • Stamina to lift items (up to 40 lbs) frequently as needed
  • Ability to lift heavy items up to 60 lbs (if necessary) from time-to-time
