Team Member (Miss J's)

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and take their orders, providing detailed information about menu items and daily specials
• Prepare and serve high-quality meals and beverages, adhering to Miss J's recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist in processing customer payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain fast, efficient service during busy periods
• Restock supplies and inventory as necessary to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and operating registers
• Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage
