About the role
People's Food Coop is seeking a part-time packager and dishwasher for the Kitchen and Bakery. This is a great job for anyone who wants to work with delicious food, great co-workers, and for a company who values employees.
Responsibilities
- Put prepared bakery and kitchen items in the appropriate containers
- Label the items
- Put items onto the sales floor
- Clean the dishes and items from the kitchen and bakery
Schedule
Evenings and weekends.
Pay
$16.00 per hour.

Requirements
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to safely lift 45 lbs.
- Ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment
- Ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift
- Ability to engage in bending, twisting, squatting and reaching motions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
