Team Member - Evenings/Nights

Essential Functions

• Create quality food and provide quality guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Prep, cook, package, and serve food for guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain operational, food safety, and brand standards for food products.
• Create a fun, fast-paced atmosphere for guests.
• Greet guests by saying, "Welcome to Moe's!" and ensure complete satisfaction with their orders.
• Clean prep areas, equipment, and the restaurant according to operational, food safety, and brand standards.
• Be punctual, wear the correct uniform, and maintain a friendly smile.
• Show high integrity and work hard.
• Exhibit actions/behaviors that best demonstrate the company values.
• Perform other tasks as directed by company leadership, including restaurant management and their assigned representatives.
• Represent Moe’s and Quality Fresca, LLC professionally in every aspect of performance.

Education And Work Experience Required

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical And Cognitive Requirements

• Regularly communicate clearly.
• Move and remain in a stationary position.
• Occasionally transport and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Detect, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, inspect, estimate, observe, and assess items, information, and objects in an office or remote office setting; or restaurant environment.
