Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sorting, organizing, packing, and resettling household belongings
- Prepare items for online auction, donation, shipping, or disposal
- Photograph and catalog items using mobile technology
- Stage and organize homes for estate sales, auctions, or move preparation
- Support auction pickup events and estate sale operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, and community partners
- Maintain respectful, compassionate, and professional communication with clients and coworkers
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow company procedures for handling client property with care and confidentiality
- Adept at adapting to changing project needs, timelines, and work environments
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Dependable with prompt and regular attendance
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Interest in antiques, resale, collectibles, or online marketplaces is a plus
- Ability to maintain discretion and empathy when working with families in transition
Physical/Environmental Requirements
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, and lift
- Ability to lift and move boxes, furniture, and household items as needed
- Comfortable working in homes with varying levels of clutter, dust, or cleanliness
- Ability to work in different environments and weather conditions as needed
