Team Member Ebensburg Store

Responsibilities

• Acknowledging, greeting, and helping customers in any area of the store
• Assisting customers and donors in a timely and courteous manner by answering questions or directing them to a supervisor
• Using a cash register to total sales, accept payments for merchandise, and give correct change
• Accepting and preparing donations for the sales floor, which includes tagging items, stocking store shelves, and hanging clothes
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment in the store, which includes general housekeeping duties and straightening merchandise

Requirements

• One year of retail experience is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prolonged standing and walking with frequent bending, stooping, and stretching
• Frequent lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 30 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
• Friendly, outgoing, and dependable
• Must be able to obtain acceptable results for required background checks, including Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History, Pennsylvania Criminal History, and Department of Human Services-FBI

Schedule

Part-time position up to 28 hours per week
