Team Member & Barista - Capriotti's at RJC

Requirements

• Answer YES to all eligibility questions: early morning person, want nights off, want weekends off, want holidays off, hard worker, work well with others, work well under pressure, have current or previous Barista experience, hold a Food Handler Card or Serv Safe Card, be at least 18 years old.
• Customer Service Skills: good listening, speaking, and communicating calmly, effectively, and in a friendly manner; uphold a professional appearance within dress code guidelines.
• Basic Mathematics: ability to add and subtract quickly for handling money and taking stock of supplies.
• Time Management Skills: stay calm and friendly during busy periods to avoid burning product, order errors, and accidents.
• Stamina: ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Team Work: work well with other team members to create a great customer experience.
• Adhere to Capriotti’s high standard of food quality and recipes.
• Complete all training programs assigned to the specific duty (ongoing throughout employment).
• Opportunities to work various events at The Orleans Arena at Mobile Cart.

Schedule

Our hours of operations are: Monday through Friday from 7am to 2pm. We are not open nights, weekends, or Holidays observed by the Regional Justice Center. Flexibility to work between these hours is a MUST.
