Responsibilities
- Get parts ready to pack in the grease and bag area
- Help out in packing when needed
- Assemble components according to specifications following our standard operation procedure
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly work
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and completeness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Affix with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Looking For Experience
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Forklift experience
Technical Skills
- Comfortable using common hand tools
- Comfortable using torque wrenches
- Comfortable using measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers)
Qualifications
- Able to follow detailed work instructions and ensure accuracy in assembly
- Basic understanding of how mechanical systems fit and function
