Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our Dash In team. Dash In is a chef-inspired food concept aiming to revolutionize the 24/7 retail environment. We're looking for a Back of House (BOH) team to prepare delicious meals and provide an extraordinary food service experience.

• Freshness Fanatic: Keep prep levels up to ensure everything is ready to serve.
• Organization Mastermind: Keep prep stations organized and tidy.
• Delivery Dynamo: Properly place delivered goods.
• Kitchen Conductor: Maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Guest Experience Guru: Connect with guests and deliver personalized experiences.
• Equipment Maestro: Operate food service equipment proficiently.
• Lifting Superstar: Handle large containers using proper lifting techniques.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or completion of our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience, preferably as a line cook or prep cook
• Customer service experience
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Able to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Active ServSafe certification or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills

Pay and Schedule

The pay rate is $15.50 - $18.00 per hour, plus $1 for overnight shifts. Positions are part-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
