About the role

White Castle, America’s first fast‑food restaurant with over a century of history, is seeking enthusiastic team members to create memorable moments for “Craver Nation.” No prior experience is required; training will be provided. The role emphasizes friendly, positive energy and teamwork in a family‑oriented environment that prioritizes safety and well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter and drive‑through.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Prepare orders, including cooking on the fryer and griddle.
• Maintain sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support smooth operations.

Pay

Competitive weekly pay ranging from $15.00 to $19.20 per hour, starting at the minimum rate listed with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.
