About the role

White Castle, America’s first fast‑food restaurant with over a century of history, is seeking team members to create memorable moments for “Craver Nation.” No experience is required—training will be provided. Your outgoing, positive energy and friendliness are essential to the #whitecastleteam.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service at the counter and drive‑thru.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
• Prepare orders, including working the fryer and griddle.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a healthy work environment.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the restaurant’s operations.

• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Pay

Competitive weekly pay ranging from $15.00 to $19.20 per hour, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.
