Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Operate the cash register and drive-thru
- Prepare and serve orders
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Operate the fryer and griddle
Requirements
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Passionate about promoting White Castle initiatives and increasing brand loyalty
- Good character, team player, and respectful to others
- At least 16 years old at the time of hire
Qualifications
- No prior experience required, training provided
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
