Responsibilities Prepare vehicles to enter the car wash tunnel.Answer customer questions and address concerns/issues in a positive manner.Deliver an exceptional customer experience characterized by friendliness, professionalism, active listening, and problem-solving.Advise customers of services and package options.Assist in equipment maintenance and repair.Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness and appearance. Qualifications Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) in an outdoor environment.Positive attitude with a commitment to excellence and professionalism.Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detail.Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work as part of a high-performance team with an eagerness to learn and contribute.Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, focusing on results.
