Team Member

The Team Member is responsible for delivering a Legendary Customer Experience by engaging with customers, supporting selling initiatives, and performing various store tasks. Key duties include greeting customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, handling transactions, merchandising, restocking, cleaning, and assisting with loading purchases. They must be flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of working varied hours, including nights and weekends, and maintaining regular attendance. Qualifications include no experience required, but retail or farming-related knowledge, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and basic computer literacy are preferred. Physical requirements involve lifting up to 50 pounds, operating equipment like forklifts and balers (if of legal age), and moving throughout the store. Work environment is generally indoors with moderate noise, emphasizing safety, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
