Team Member

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, handle cashier duties, and make purchase suggestions
• Assist with food program activities and maintain store appearance
• Provide fast, friendly service while engaging with customers
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily store goals
• Contribute ideas for problem-solving and process improvements
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance

Qualifications & Skills

• Retail and customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, sales, and customer care skills
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and as part of a team
• Motivated to advance career and willing to learn

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 30 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull with up to 20 pounds of force
• Bend, twist, grasp, and manipulate objects as needed
