• Greet and engage with guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Blend smoothies according to recipes for consistent taste.
• Ensure guest needs are met when ordering smoothies.
• Support company standards for operations and fulfill cash handling responsibilities.
• Prep fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients properly.
• Show up on time and ready to work!

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and quality.
• Act with integrity and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Regular and punctual attendance is a must.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Self-starter with a friendly attitude.
• Personal passion for fitness is a plus!

Education & Experience

• Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods (6 to 8 hours).
• Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
