This is a part-time position in the Denver Metro area, paying $16.27/hr plus tips and bonuses. Sankofa Smoothies is a top 2% Smoothie King franchise, the #1 operator in Colorado, and a Certified Training Store. The role involves owning the fundamentals of cleaning, prepping, blending, and serving smoothies, with opportunities for growth and raises tied to skill development and performance.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly
- Make smoothies according to recipes
- Keep stations ready and clean
- Follow food safety standards
- Help maintain a clean, fast, and guest-first environment
Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Prior guest service or food service experience preferred

Pay
Base pay starts at $16.27/hr plus tips. Tips are typically an additional $4–$5/hr, bringing estimated starting earnings to $20–$21/hr. Raises are tied to skill development and performance benchmarks, not tenure.
Schedule
Part-time roles are available, with most Team Members starting at 20–25 hours per week and room to grow. Weekend availability is required.
