We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand.

Responsibilities

• Bleans delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply.
• Please note that while this is the minimum age requirement for employment, the Team Captain role may require additional qualifications and experience beyond age.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
