Responsibilities

• Greet guests
• Makes smoothies to recipe
• Keep stations ready
• Follow food safety standards
• Help the store run clean, fast, and guest-first

Requirements

• Show up on time and take reliability seriously
• Move with urgency when the store gets busy
• Want to earn more by learning more
• Be coachable and respond well to feedback
• Care about serving guests well
• Commit to weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Reliable attendance: showing up as scheduled, communicating early when issues arise, and following attendance expectations
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Prior guest service or food service experience preferred, but not required

Pay

Base pay starts at $16.27/hr plus tips. Tips are typically an additional $4–$5/hr, bringing estimated starting earnings to $20–$21/hr. Raises are tied to skill development and performance benchmarks, not tenure. Through our PLEDGE Program — Pursue, Learn, Elevate, Deliver, Grow, Excel — your base pay grows as your skills do.

Schedule & Availability

• Weekend availability is required
• Part-time roles are available, with most Team Members starting at 20–25 hours per week and room to grow
