About the role
Team Members prepare and serve all-natural, energizing smoothies and assist customers in choosing vitamins and nutritional supplements.
Responsibilities
- Blend delicious tasting smoothies
- Ensure guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
- Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience
- Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- Perform opening and/or closing duties
- Perform store checklist tasks
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Livest and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
Qualifications
- Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Food Service experience preferred but not required
- Commission Sales experience is helpful
- Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
- Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
- Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
- Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude
- At least sixteen (16) years of age or older
- Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary
