Role Overview

We are seeking a Team Member to prepare and serve guests while ensuring high-quality products by adhering to safety and quality standards. The role involves greeting guests enthusiastically, maintaining a positive attitude, and exceeding recipe and preparation guidelines. As an ambassador, you will monitor product quality, restock utensils and equipment, and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Clean, organize, and restock work areas and equipment.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to sanitation policies.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related certifications are a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, handle change, and manage time effectively.
