Responsibilities

• Act with integrity, honesty, and a positive attitude toward fellow teammates and guests.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by prioritizing a "guest comes first" attitude and connecting with customers.
• Discover and respond to customer needs.
• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Follow Arby’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety, and security.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
