Essential Functions

• Prepares, cooks, packages, and serves food for guests in a timely manner.
• Maintains a fun, fast-paced atmosphere for guests.
• Greets guests by saying, "Welcome to Moe’s!" and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Cleans prep areas, equipment, and the restaurant according to operational, food safety, and brand standards.
• Arrives on time, wears the proper uniform, and maintains a friendly smile.
• Exhibits high integrity and works diligently.
• Consistently demonstrates the company's core values and performs other tasks as directed.

Education And Work Experience Required

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical And Cognitive Requirements

• Communicates clearly while moving and remaining stationary.
• Transports and moves up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Detects, perceives, identifies, recognizes, judges, inspects, estimates, observes, and assesses items, information, and objects in an office or remote office setting or restaurant environment.
