Crew Member Duties

• Prepare certain food items as per the menu and recipes.
• Greet guests and take orders accurately in a friendly manner.
• Maintain stations in a clean and orderly manner.
• Absorb and apply knowledge of the menu items, their ingredients, and packaging.
• Follow step-by-step procedures for making various food and beverage products.
• Ensure accurate cash control in cash handling positions.
• Deliver food and drink orders to guests and confirm order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessed by guests.
• Assist in cleaning various stations or food production/storage areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Must meet age requirements.
• Some positions may require a high school diploma or equivalent.
