Implementation of procedures, standards, and tactics to optimize restaurant sales, control costs, and provide a quality guest experience by adhering to quality, cleanliness, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow brand standards, company rules, and policies.
• Strive to deliver a quality guest experience, products that meet brand standards and recipes, and maintain stations in a clean and orderly manner.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• May be trained in multiple positions including front of house, back of house, guest service, or prep and production, each with specific duties:
  • Prepare food items.
  • Greet guests and take orders accurately in a friendly manner.
  • Know menu items, ingredients, packaging, and procedures for making food and beverage products.
  • Prepare food and beverage items while maintaining quality standards.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Handle cash accurately (for cash-handling positions).
  • Deliver food and drink orders to guests and confirm order accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining rooms, service areas, stations, food production, or storage areas.

Requirements

• Must meet age requirements.
• Some positions require a high school diploma or equivalent.
