About the role
The role involves implementing procedures, standards, and tactics to optimize restaurant sales, control costs, and provide a quality guest experience by adhering to quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Follow brand standards, company rules and policies and job responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Strive to deliver a quality guest experience, prepare and serve food and beverages according to the menu and recipes, maintain stations in a clean and orderly manner, and assist other team members as needed.
- May be trained in multiple positions such as front of house, back of house, guest service, or prep and production, each with different duties and responsibilities.
- Prepare certain food items, greet guests, take orders accurately, and confirm order accuracy.
- Deliver food and drinks to guests and ensure accuracy of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessed by guests.
- May be responsible for cleaning various stations or food production or storage areas.
Requirements
Must meet age requirements. Some positions may require a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients, as well as familiarity with the step-by-step procedure for making various food and beverage products.
