Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, welcoming, and helpful service to all guests
• Answer questions and assist guests with attractions, games, and park activities
• Ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience
• Safely operate attractions according to company procedures
• Maintain park cleanliness and safety
• Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors
• Aid in setting up and cleaning party rooms and assisting with group events
• Support guests during parties and group events
• Identify and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Reliable and dependable
• Must be at least 16 years old

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to move throughout the facility and assist with attraction operations

Schedule Requirements

• Required availability to work evenings, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and holidays
• Flexible schedule based on business needs
• Preferred availability is open availability, including all days of the week
• Employees with broader availability may have increased scheduling opportunities based on business needs and performance
