What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Operate the POS system; handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Explain park rules, safety guidelines, and attraction instructions clearly
- Demonstrate how to slide properly and assist guests through attractions
- Actively monitor attractions and respond quickly to any unsafe behavior or incidents
- Promote memberships, add-ons, and special offers to enhance the guest experience
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to food safety and sanitation standards (in café)
- Support birthday parties and events — setup, food service, attraction guidance, and cleanup (as event host)
- Restock supplies, clean assigned areas, and keep guest spaces organized throughout the shift
- Communicate with teammates and leads to keep operations running smoothly during busy times
- Participate in ongoing safety training and follow all company and regulatory standards

- Reliable, responsible, and able to stay alert in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling basic transactions and learning new systems (POS, waivers, etc.)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to enforce rules while staying approachable and positive

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and remain active on your feet for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per shift)
- Ability to walk, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, and stretch while supervising attractions and assisting guests
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. (restocking supplies, moving equipment, assisting with party/event setups)
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations, including moving rapidly across attractions
- Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment with flashing lights and high guest activity
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members in a noisy environment
