About the role

Slick City Action Park is the world’s first indoor slide park, built for speed, thrills, and all-ages fun. It features giant slides, air courts, and play areas for little ones. The park is climate-controlled and open all year, offering unforgettable birthday parties, team outings, and group events.

Responsibilities

• Live the Core Values! Be a reliable, fun, respectful, and engaging Team Member.
• Provide excellent Guest service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process Guest transactions.
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure Guest safety by managing attractions and enforcing rules in a fun and friendly manner when necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent Guest service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS skills are a plus.
• Experience in family entertainment centers, quick service or fast food restaurant environments is beneficial.
• A background in the food industry or grocery store settings is a plus.
