Responsibilities

• Production Associates: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations and maximizing revenue.
• Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors, sort donations, and assist in delivering excellent customer service.
• Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, assist customers, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Cashiers: Build relationships with customers, accurately ring up sales transactions, and inform them of the impact of their purchases.

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.

Qualifications

Flexible scheduling, early access to wages, and a 20% store discount are offered. Certain roles are eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The specifics of each benefit package will vary based on job type and category.

Pay

Starting rate at $15.00 per hour. Refer a friend to earn up to $250 or more.
