About the role
We are seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team at Goodwill Greater Milwaukee and Chicago. Our mission is to empower people with barriers to employment through meaningful work and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Production Associates: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations and maximizing revenue.
- Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors, sort donations, and assist in maintaining the production area.
- Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, assist customers, and provide excellent customer service.
- Cashiers: Build relationships with customers, ring up sales, and inform them of the impact of their purchases.
Requirements
- One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
- Able to stand, bend, and reach throughout shifts while maintaining a customer service mindset.
- Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and adhere to customer service standards.

Pay
The starting rate is $15.00 per hour. Refer a friend for an additional $250-$500 bonus.
