About the role

We are looking for Production Associates to join our team. Starting rate is $15.00 per hour. Production Associates support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations according to pricing guidelines to maximize funds for our mission. You’ll be challenged to achieve pricing goals while maintaining an efficient flow of donations to ensure a smooth customer service experience on the sales floor. Every day brings new donations and surprises.

Responsibilities

• Price donations according to Goodwill pricing guidelines to maximize revenue for the mission
• Maintain an efficient flow of donations to support the sales floor
• Work in a fast-paced production environment with a fun team

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset
