Positions Available

• Production Associate

  Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations for the sales floor. Achieve pricing goals and strategically price items to maximize mission funding. Maintain an efficient flow of donations to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Donation Attendant

  Greet and thank donors while accepting donations. Keep the production area organized by sorting incoming donations and deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members.

• Sales Floor Associate

  Organize the sales floor to help customers find what they're looking for. Serve as a Goodwill ambassador by providing outstanding customer service and answering questions about our mission.

• Cashier

  Build relationships with customers, process sales transactions accurately, and communicate how purchases support Goodwill’s mission. Ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds while maintaining customer service standards

Pay

Starting rate at $15.00 per hour. Compensation within the range considers education, experience, internal equity, and market demands. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive plans.
