Responsibilities

• Production Associate: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations according to pricing guidelines to maximize revenue for the mission; achieve pricing goals; maintain efficient flow of donations to ensure smooth customer service on the sales floor.
• Donation Attendant: Greet and thank donors; carefully accept donations; sort donations as they arrive; keep the production area organized; deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members.
• Sales Floor Associate: Organize the sales floor to make it easy for customers to find items; build relationships with customers; provide outstanding customer service; answer questions about Goodwill or donations; ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Cashier: Build relationships with customers; accurately process sales transactions; inform customers how their purchases support job training programs; maintain customer service excellence.

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants: Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.

Pay

Starting rate at $15.00 per hour.
