Production

• Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations.
• Achieve pricing goals and strategically price donations according to our guidelines.
• Maintain an efficient flow of donations to ensure a smooth customer service experience.

Donation Attendant

• Greet and thank donors.
• Help sort donations.
• Play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service to donors and team members.

Sales Floor Associate

• Organize the sales floor.
• Make it easy for customers to find what they're looking for.
• Provide outstanding customer service and answer any questions customers may have.

Cashier

• Build relationships with customers.
• Accurately ring up sales transactions.
• Inform customers about how their purchases are helping someone get a job.

Pay

Starting rate at $15.00 per hour! Ask about our Employee Referral Program for more details on how to earn $250 or more per referral.
