Responsibilities

• Production Associates: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations and strategically pricing them according to our guidelines to maximize revenue.
• Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors, sort donations, and assist in delivering excellent customer service.
• Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, assist customers in finding items, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Cashiers: Build relationships with customers, accurately ring up sales transactions, and inform them of the impact of their purchases.

Requirements

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.

Pay

Starting rate at $15.00 per hour! Ask about our Employee Referral Program for more details on how to earn $250 or more per referral.
