Responsibilities
- Production Associates: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations and maximizing revenue.
- Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors, sort donations, and assist with customer service.
- Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, assist customers, and provide excellent customer service.
- Cashiers: Build relationships with customers, ring up sales, and communicate the impact of their purchases.
Requirements
- One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
- Able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of shifts while maintaining a customer service mindset.
- Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and maintain high standards of customer service.
