About the role
We are looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team at Goodwill Greater Milwaukee and Chicago. Your work here can make a significant impact, both in terms of personal fulfillment and community impact.
Responsibilities
- Production Associates: Support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations and maximizing revenue.
- Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors, sort donations, and assist with customer service.
- Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor, assist customers, and provide excellent customer service.
- Cashiers: Build relationships with customers, ring up sales, and inform them of the impact of their purchases.
Requirements
- One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
- Able to stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
- Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards.

Pay
Starting rate at $15.00 per hour. Refer a friend for more details on earning up to $250 or more per referral.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling to balance work and personal life, with no extended hours during the holiday season.
