Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children of various ages and abilities
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Develop lesson plans and adapt to individual student needs
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members

Requirements

• A valid lifeguard certification
• Experience teaching swimming or childcare preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, childcare, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passionate about swimming and its benefits
