Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery, and their personalities set us apart from competitors. A typical day involves making guests feel welcome, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they enter the store.
• Create a positive guest experience by promoting the brand.
• Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of food and beverages served.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work varied hours/days as dictated by the business, including early hours (as early as 3am).
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is preferred but not required.
