About the Role

Join Noah’s New York Bagels as a Team Member and help create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for guests. Our stores close at 2 pm, ensuring you never miss important personal events. As a brand ambassador, you’ll promote the company by delivering a positive guest experience and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest warmly from the moment they walk in.
• Promote the company and create a positive guest experience.
• Provide excellent guest service while ensuring food and beverage quality.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to uphold brand standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early shifts (as early as 3 am) and weekends.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest‑service experience is a plus but not required.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Pay

Hourly rate $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, subject to local and state minimum‑wage regulations.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule; no work past 3 pm.
• Early shifts may start as early as 3 am.
• Weekend availability required.
• Store closes at 2 pm, ensuring no evening or night shifts.

Physical Demands

• Sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during work hours.
