About the role

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. They ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in, acting as true brand ambassadors by creating a positive guest experience. Team Members take pride in providing excellent guest service, maintaining food and beverage quality, and keeping a safe and clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to create a positive experience.
• Promote the company as a brand ambassador.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
• Able to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours (reasonable accommodations may be made).
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required.

Competitive pay, plus cash and credit card tips (tip eligibility subject to state regulations).

Schedule

Flexible schedule with shifts ending by 3 PM. Stores close at 2 PM, so no evenings or nights. Must be available for early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
