About the role

Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. They ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in, acting as true brand ambassadors by creating a positive guest experience. You’ll take pride in providing excellent service, maintaining food and beverage quality, and keeping a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3am), weekends, and holidays as business dictates.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required.

Pay

Hourly rate: $11.00 - $17.60 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position.

Schedule

Stores close at 2pm, ensuring no evening or night shifts. Hours may include early mornings (as early as 3am), weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
