At Einstein Bros. Bagels, our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. They ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in, creating a positive experience while maintaining food quality, beverage service, and a safe, clean store environment. As a true brand ambassador, you’ll take pride in delivering excellent guest service and promoting the company’s values.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to create a positive experience

- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served

- Work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required

Pay
Hourly rate: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position.
Schedule
Stores close at 2 PM, ensuring no evening or night shifts. Hours may vary, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
