About the role

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery. They ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in, creating a positive experience by promoting the company as true brand ambassadors. Team Members take pride in providing excellent guest service, maintaining food and beverage quality, and keeping a safe and clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to create a positive experience.
• Promote the company as a brand ambassador.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule

Flexible schedule with shifts ending by 3 PM. Includes early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
